You can delete your SERVA account and the personal data linked to it at any time.
Open SERVA → Account → Delete account → confirm. Your account is removed immediately.
If you can't access the app, email privacy@servaglobal.com from — or quoting — the mobile number on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days.
Your name and phone number, profile and dietary preferences, reservations, posts (photos & reviews), follows, and SERVA Privé points and tier.
Limited records we are required to retain for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, kept only as long as the law requires and then deleted. Anonymised or aggregated data that no longer identifies you may be retained.
