SERVA's community is for sharing real visits — great food, honest reviews, and the places you love. These rules keep it warm, real, and safe for everyone. Breaking them can get content removed and accounts suspended or banned.
Post your own photos of the food, the room, and the experience.
Write honest, first-hand reviews from a visit you actually had.
Be respectful to venues, staff, and other members.
No harassment, hate speech, threats, or bullying.
No sexually explicit, graphic, violent, or shocking content.
No illegal content, spam, scams, fake reviews, or impersonation.
No posting other people's private information, or identifiable photos of people without their consent.
Only post images you have the right to share. Focus on the food and the venue; avoid capturing other guests or staff without their agreement.
We remove content that breaks these rules and may warn, suspend, or permanently ban repeat or serious offenders. If you think we got it wrong, email support@servaglobal.com and we'll take another look.
Tap the “⋯” menu on any post to report it or block its author. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours where action is warranted. Blocking hides that member's posts from you immediately.
